Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will charge the payment method on file for the applicable subscription fee.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If you are an active subscriber, any price increase will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes.
If you subscribed during the founding member launch period, your subscription rate is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing. If you cancel and later resubscribe, founding member pricing is not guaranteed.

We want you to be satisfied with the Service. If you are not happy with your subscription, contact us at support@tomnash.academy within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable.
Refund requests for renewal payments (monthly or annual) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We are under no obligation to issue refunds for renewal charges but may do so at our discretion.
All content provided through the Service — including but not limited to videos, written analysis, PDFs, graphics, and community posts by the operator — is the intellectual property of Tom Nash and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
